Steveston is a lovely fisherman harbour.
It conserves the atmosphere of the early XX c.
and vestiges from its beginnings in the XIX c.

Even the entrance of the old Hospital runned by japanese.

Fishermen port.
Post Office with tourist information and a Museum inside related to the Japanese presence on this town.
Fish and chips in Dave´s very well considered place. Cod, salmon or halibut are choice there. I did salmon.

The Gulf of Georgia Cannery can be visited.

So the Britannia houses were Japanese and Chinese firstly developed this fisherman harbour.
Murakami house. (Of course not the writer although I guess wouldn't mind to be in Steveston. Neither me).
